How Meklane uses the details you send us.

We use your name, contact details and project requirements to respond to your enquiry, arrange follow-up and keep a record of that conversation. Only authorised staff can access the enquiry worklist. Our hosting and email providers process data needed to operate this service.
Do not submit payment card details, identity documents or confidential files through this form. If a supplier needs your details to prepare a quotation, we will discuss that with you first.
To ask about access, correction or deletion, email sales@meklane.com. We review closed enquiries for deletion after 12 months, subject to records we need to retain for an ongoing relationship or applicable obligations. Deleted records may remain in restricted rotating backups for up to 35 days.
