Four-side-seal sachet

Selected platform and tooling*

Sealed on all four edges from two webs of film. The most controlled small sachet, and the easiest to keep square on a shelf or in a carton.

Typical applications: Pharma and nutraceutical doses, wet wipes, high-value premixes, samples.

Stick pack

Selected platform and tooling*

A narrow centre-seal tube. Pours in one motion and uses less film per dose than a square sachet of the same fill.

Typical applications: Coffee and drink premix, sugar, ORS, single-serve powders and granules.

Gusseted pouch

Selected platform and tooling*

A pillow pouch with the sides folded inward, so the pack squares up as it fills. Stacks and cases far better than a plain pillow.

Typical applications: Rice, pulses, flour, animal feed, fertiliser, larger retail packs.
